Central management, local deployment

Brand Portal Software provides one central platform for managing, creating and ordering all of a company’s communication products. A main administrator determines all settings for the various users. As a print manager or printer, you can be that main administrator.

As an administrator, you have the ability to, for example, compile the product range or assign budgets to different users. The users, at your end customer, are allowed to edit, publish or order the communication by themselves.

Brand consistency with editor

Flexible design templates allow the users to customize the materials themselves. Certain corporate identity elements are fixed, such as colors or fonts. Because of these predefined frameworks, employees get to create marketing materials in the right branding in no time. It is no longer necessary to constantly call on the internal or external designer for minor changes.

The output is any desired file for print or web.

Automated print ordering

Printed communication products can be ordered immediately through automatic procurement connections with print producers.

The Brand Portal Software includes a webshop module in which users are able to order printed materials. The administrator has the ability to set up the shop in such a way that all the required print combinations are already preselected. The Brand Portal handles all print orders fully automatically all the way to the producer.

Invoices can be automatically forwarded to the accounting environment.
